Selecting "Custom Dimensions" places a standard $4,595.00 project deposit down to initiate your base frame engineering. Our architectural studio team will contact you within 24 hours of checkout to review your patio or balcony sketches, confirm your framework dimensions, and help you select your custom frame finish and shade package. Any additional screens or structural modifications will be calculated and billed separately on a final adjustment invoice at our standard factory-direct rate of $650.00 per screen.

WARRANTY & MANUFACTURER BOUNDARIES

BoxUnboxed LLC stands firmly behind the architectural engineering of our products. This system includes a 15-Year Structural Integrity Warranty covering the high-strength aluminum frame against fabrication defects, and a 5-Year Electronics Warranty covering the smart motor drive components, wireless remote receiver, and automated electrical systems.

Warranties strictly cover material and factory manufacturing defects. Warranties explicitly exclude faults caused by improper third-party installation, environmental acts of God, or site-level assembly errors.
